We understand that life can cause unexpected circumstances and Auto Glass Academy is committed to accomodating changes to your scheduled class date if possible. In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled, paid class date we need to know as soon as possible. Due to the popularity of Auto Glass Academy, a waiting list likely exists for your scheduled date.

We request that you give Auto Glass Academy written notice at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled class date.


If you are unable to notify Auto Glass Academy with written notice 14 days (or less) in advance of your scheduled class date then the following refund schedule applies:

  • 13 - 10 days in advance of your scheduled class date = 75% refund*.

  • 9 - 7 days in advanceof your scheduled class date = 50% refund*.

  • 6 - 4 days in advance of your scheduled class date = 25% refund*.

  • 3 - 1 days in advance of your scheduled class date = 10% refund*.

  • 1st day of your scheduled class date= 0% refund*.

 

* All refunds are issued with a company check. Please allow 10 business days for processing and physical mailing to the address listed on your purchase receipt.
