Auto Glass Academy requires specific information to consider your request to have auto glass replaced for free* at our facility. Auto Glass Academy and its campus partners perform auto glass work as a technical education facility and your vehicle has to meet certain requirements to be considered for admission to the class. Our students are learning the intricacies of auto glass and will be working on your vehicle under the supervision of an experienced instructor. If approved, your vehicle will be used to instruct students on the latest in safety, removal, replacement, repair and recalibration techniques under Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) guidelines.

The length of time your vehicle will be needed will vary. After approval**, a representative will discuss the timeline your vehicle will be needed. You will not be able to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, unless special circumstances have been approved by your consultation with our representative. Prior to the work being performed, our representative will discuss with you what to expect while your vehicle is being worked on and may require an pre-class inspection of the vehicle to address any questions or concerns.​​
